Here is the difference. Insecure A cup woman says she has severe self-esteem issues and feels that surgical breast surgery would improve her mental health. Not covered because it is cosmetic surgery. A phucked up in the head male thinks he is a woman and needs surgical breast surgery to improve his mental health. That is a medical issue and in many cases, surgery is covered. You can clearly see the difference.
