Top ten plays from Duck win over Cal

As bad as it looked particularly in the 1st half realistically Oregon churned out:

26 1st Downs

404 yds Total offense

214 yds Passing

190 yds rushing

Also churned out 2 back to back fumbles and an interception. The offense is twash.

Au contraire. Herbert has his 1st interception of the season and Dye has 2 fumbles we still put up 17 pts. against a Cal team with a great defense and our offense is “TRASH”........got it.

“ After two weeks of blasting the running game - something that looks far less egregious when Washington has 88 rushing yards on 22 carries in a loss at Stanford - Oregon's ground attack was successful except for the turnovers.

Racking up 190 rushing yards on 40 carries against Cal is impressive. It's the most yards per carry (4.75) allowed by Cal since Washington State last season and against a team attempting at least 20 carries it's the most since Oregon's win in Berkeley.

Even more than the raw numbers, Oregon had 25 runs on first downs for 4.6 yards per carry to 10 passes (with six completions for 70 yards). That's the ground-and-pound identity of this team. It was back. It was working. It would've been celebrated if not for the self-inflicted giveaways.”

Score in the red zone or get lost. Who cares about ground and pound yardage if you have a dope for a running back who can't protect the ball. We need better running backs. Why did they continue to use Dye, they should have put in Felix, he's better.

I don't care what Washington did vs Stanford.

Redd isn’t a “pass dropping bum”. People here tried to tag him with that but it just wasn’t true. That catch he made in the Washington game last year is an all time highlight.

He dropped a 30 yard dime against cal

Yes Redd is just shit like all the others that have dropped passes. Maybe you could link that “drop”. Jaylon Redd has been a great slot receiver. To point to a drop and make it a big deal and claim the receiver is just crap is pretty strange. Do you actually go to Duck games and watch our trash offense? The reality is Redd is a great slot receiver. Other than Davis, Schooler is the fastest receiver on the team and there is a reason the coaches want him on the field that you can’t seem to be able to recognize. Both Daewood Davis and Delgado performed very well when they were in. They both had great blocks for other receivers that have led to touchdowns.
