I didn't watch all of them, just Japan and Italy. But yeah it comes down to making your own food from scratch, walking everywhere, and having a community of people you can play pickleball/whatever with every day.
Pretty much the antithesis of the typical American grind/commute/lemon party.

my experience as well being around people who are outside a lot… they tend to look within for conditions vs. looking for a bottle/pill to solve every little minor ache and pain. Not only heartier folks… but a lot more self accountable.
