We don't like bringing kids in during the season because so much of our attention is on the game that we can't give the kids a ton of attention ... Cal makes a bit of sense in that we should be able to give him more attention than on a bigger visit.

Honestly, if a kid decides to come/leave UW because of Game Day atmosphere, not sure that's our targeted recruit.

Did you fuckers learn nothing from Marlon Tui's recruitment? Selling the parents and family is the #1 thing when it comes to Poly recruits.

That being said... I think Roof is probably exaggerating how much his parents prefer UW to the other options.

My money is still on USC.

It's not Strausser's fault!! HE WAS NEVER COMING HERE GET OVER IT!!!

(make sure not to read Salvon Ahmed's interviews where he says he never wanted to come to UW before last year, btw, those spoil the fun of thinking that kids who once wanted to go somewhere else change their mind dependent on recruiting)

... But probably one year too late.

He already identified with Stanford since early high school and it takes awhile to deprogram a youthful mind.

Take a look at Oregon. Still pulling in kids from the Chip Kelly years, still in their heads.
