They were on probation, and others but one were with a different coach. Meyer makes a big difference. tOSU is solid across the board. With JT, tOSU mops floor with the most overrated team in the country. With their 6'-5" 320lb qb and 3rd stringer? Buckeyes just methodically pound rubber up Bama's arse. With JTB, tOSU was only team who could beat Oregon. Without they dont have a chance. JTB's #'s were near identical to Mariota's...what a great match up that would have been.

Oregon generally catches breaks, sans Dennis Dixon injury in '08 I think, and this year is no different. Every team in the country has serious issues this year except Oregon currently. Will be a light walk through for Oregon to title. They wont be challenged.
 
Beating tOSU rather easily is more watchable than Bama beating TCU 52-10.

TCU doesnt run football and cant stop power teams. (You watch Texas game Hooker?) Teams like bama snuff that shit out as they have great front 7. WVU gave them problems early in year because McKrackin pounds football out of spread. TCU doesnt. Boykin be runnin for his life.

tOSU would smoke TCU even more as their defense is better than Bambi's° (they have better corners). Get off TCU, theyre not worthy. Baylor can at least pound the rock and id give them more of a chance to keep it kinda close.

Dont forget the coaches either. Oscar Meyer is the second best coach in the country for a reason (Petersen #1, Saban 3rd) Dont let that fact further skew this bologna of an argument either.
