i am not convinced that the record will be that much better next year. the team will be, but will it show in games/standings? fischdicks needs to hire a real oc to call plays and recruit better.

If they can't beat Louisville with Louisville's (top 5 guys?) out for NFL draft prep…that's pathetic. UW would have been at best 7-6, in the Pac 12 with Fisch.
I thought UW would go 7-5 this year, maybe 8-4. I knew they'd beat Michigan at home - I thought the crowd was definitely going to influence that game.
6-7 is a C- for Fisch. His recruiting is a B. Transfer portal is a C+.
They need to buy a good DT in the Spring portal and a good guard. If they don't get these, I just don't see Fisch getting to 7-8 victories in 2025. Just a few injuries on the lines and UW is going to look like Rutgers/UCLA at best. It would be wise of Fisch to make another donation to the NIL fund to buy these guys.
