Does that imply not winning the PAC, but still making it to the playoffs and winning one game there? 12 regular games, plus a bowl (13 total), is what I think of if they're not the conference champ.

I should have clarified that the difference between 2 and 3 is 2 is making the playoffs whereas 3 is not making the playoffs but going to a NY6.
