The talent is there for a better season but don't think the consistency of execution will be there so i expect the team to lose games that they coulda shouda won in the great classic tradition. Coaching will be the discussion as always. I do have them winning the Pettycoat Junction bowl game matchup vs Boise State however which triggers the last minute transfer portal flip of 2 5 star recruits from Ohio State, and 5 division 2 athletes to solidify our recruiting season.

About 8-4. Feels like we could still have a game or two cancelled.

I think Jimmy will lose at Stanford and Michigan, and blow a home game to an inferior team, perhaps two.
At that point he should be fired, but won't be.
The wheels won't come totally off until next year, at which point he should again be fired, but won't be.

I think 9-10 wins seems most realistic. Still expecting 14-1 and will be pissed about every loss except to Bama/Clemson/Ohio State.
 
8-5 2 years ago we had a bunch of close losses.

Some of those flip, and I was confident earlier this year, but this is a B/B+ staff in this conference and therefore this is probably a B team in this conference. Defense and Offense are both inconsistent game to game.

Beat Stanford, but lose to Oregon, ASU, random road game. Win the Alamo bowl or some stupid shit. Jimmy's talking shit at the end of the year despite closing the 7th best recruiting class in the Pac.
