Time to be right again...as always

1. Kane is the man. Enough said on that.
2. Blues came out flat and paid for it.
3. Still think they are the better team and will likely win game 6.
4. Stars are tough, but if we can finish my Blackhawks we can finish anyone. Except maybe the Lightning. They are the most talented team in the league right now.
5. It sucks rooting against my Blackhawks just so I can say I was right.

4. The Lightning? Why? Because they beat a mediocre Detroit team? Best team in the Eaat is Washington and it isn't close. Blues and Ducks are the two teams I would prefer the Stars avoid ... the rest we have a really good chance to beat

The Caps aren't tuff. LOL. Chokevechkin. Tampa was good enough to win it all last year, but they didn't. Only team in the field that really scares me as a Blues fan. Not because they won in the first round this year. This is the Blues' year, though.

The critics will point out that the season series between Stars and Blues was won rather easily by the Blues 4-1 ... what they won't say is that both teams won a game in regulation and STL won all 3 games that went to an OT or shootout. They also won't point out that the 3 games outside of an after XMas back to back home and home, Dallas played St Louis on the back end of a back to back which typically leads to the "schedule loss" for most teams. In contrast, 2 of those 3 games (both of the home games) were games after rest.

In other words, this series should be very close with a lot of ebb and flow between the physicality of the Blues and the speed of the Stars. These teams don't like each other at all. I expect that you will see a series very similar to the Blues/Hawks series but a little more nastiness in it.
