Not that I care as either way it’s yet another unhinged Democrat trying to murder innocent people, but the source given by @MelloDawg is classic [citation needed] and the police officer said nothing about “the mother” being a biological mother. Zero in that video.

To be fair, I doubt many of the inner city murderers and criminals actually fill out their own ballots or ever actually receive them. Precinct captains have the votes on the ballots counted for Democrats, though.
 
Watching that video again, it does nothing to confirm anything other than the shooter has used the name “Jeffrey” in the past but used its made-up name “Genesee” now, or vice versa on what is the made-up name.
