Pretty much, police knew about him for 20 minutes including the use of a range finder and his backpack that had the weapon and did nothing....
The fact they let Trump stay up there is mind boggling. We are damn lucky Trump moved his head.... But he should have never been up there in the first place.

Just read the SS director DEI hires interview and it massive bullshit! She said they knew about him, that he was there with a backpack on, didn't put anyone on the roof because it was sloped and they didn't want anyone to fall ang that they secured the building from inside. Yet didn't delay Trumps speech and put him on stage.

Yeah. the guy walked a long ways from his car carrying a tall ladder and an AR15 in a backpack. He was supposedly a known threat and was being followed at one point. How do you lose a guy carrying a ladder and wearing a backpack? FYI the AR is not a long range weapon and is normally used for shorter range work. So the shooter knew the venue and the distance in advance. Where did he get the info? Police generally use a .308 Winchester for sniper work. SS snipers use the .300 Winchester magnum last I knew. This stinks so bad only an an actual moron could believe this wasn't set up and planned out. BB/CC crew of course qualify.
