Those who succeed are moving

There have been so many wealthy people leaving WA, CA, NY etc. and they all use the same politically correct reasons why. It's actually quite funny when you read their quotes about why they are moving. We all know why they are moving, but they seem to not want to be honest about it. Many of those that are moving away from those states are responsible for part of the problems in those states. Howard Schultz is no Conservative but now he is relocating. His reasoning was partly so that he could be closer to his children who live in NYC. 1300 miles away as opposed to 2500. Hmmm....I am going to assume Schultz hasn't flown on a commercial airline in decades, so what is another 90 minutes in private comfort? I would have assumed he would have moved closer than 1300 miles if proximity was the issue.

Don't get me wrong, I am all for keeping greedy and lazy politicians hands off of my hard earned money. I am no billionaire but even as far back as the 90's when I worked in DC I would hear democrats claiming that social security and retirement accounts should not be given to people who have enough to live on within their own cash, savings and assets. It won't be very long before democrats will be denying social security benefits and forcing those of us with assets to sell them to live off of the gain in our retirement so they can give my hard earned benefits to their liberal constituents.

So as we watch the uber rich move to avoid paying higher taxes, notice how they drag their failed politics with them and try to infect their new states. They have the money to avoid the disasters they helped create. They take advantage of what a Republican run state can give them while avoiding the mess they made.
