Expectations haven't been met but it is more than that. I think I truly dislike Miles. I dont like him as our QB, I dont like him as a leader, and I dont like him leading my school.
 
Well we're hamstrung because we can't stretch defenses vertically with him. He's just awful.

He displays no leadership ability. He just doesn't have the right personality to be a QB / leader. Just look at the way he carries himself. He always has the same body language and expression on his face. I can't see a bunch of guys rallying around him.
