When the left opened up the borders this was inevitable. That this was unacceptable to most Americans and there would be consequences. One big consequence was that almost from day one of Trump's term the border was secured because now there were to be consequences for being an illegal alien. Like fair trade, ending government fraud and waste and a common sense immigration policy, the dems had their chance. Now they act like they care. They don't. Just the power and the grift.
 
You can make an argument it should be easier to get a work visa and US citizenship. I'd agree with that argument.
But this whole "illegals deserve xyz" is flat out wrong both morally and fiscally.
