I'm guessing that the Trump admin will start ignoring these judges and the judges are going to start putting people in prison. That's where the future of the nation hinges

I am strongly pro checks and balances, but venue shopping and judicial overreach at this level is absurd. Perhaps a new law whereby any challenge to the President is at least seen at the circuit court level, vice district court level. It's ridiculous you can challenge the President, and thus the will of the American people (to whatever degree), by shopping for some rando political hack in a robe to get your way. Make a group of circuit judges vote, and the appeals process is streamlined because you are closer to SCOTUS at the start. I am in favor of this on both sides. No lone low level district court judge should be able to set the course of policy in the US.
