The Trump administration grabbed some dude off the street who had protected status, shipped him off to El Salvador to the worst place in the world, then blew off all subsequent court orders to return him. Instead they bring in this old bag of a woman to complain about immigrants, but the problem is she doesn't know the guy shipped to El Salvador. It's all for theatre. Brilliant.

The Supreme Court said we had to accept him back if El Salvador agreed to return their citizen. The USA can’t go into El Salvador and kidnap a citizen of El Salvador.
At least get the decision correct out of your many lies.

Nothing really beats arguing facts in Tug. So, all the courts ordered either the flight stopped or that this guy is returned. Why? Because that is what the courts determined via the law. If Trump does not follow through, then the constitutional recourse is impeachment. That won't happen, so it would be left to whether or not the public revolted against a tyrannical president.
