My former employer was party to a lawsuit in front of that judge several years ago. We lost - now I can see why.
There is zero accountability for this judge all the way up to the state Supreme Court. Why wouldn’t he just make up his on set of rules? The idiots there vote for this type of court system.
Might need to start seeing the federal government start prosecuting state judges if they are openly violating the constitutional rights of defendants or plaintiffs in that shitstain of a city. There really is no other legal option.
