How did we ever get by without a federal Department of Education? Hundreds of billions of dollars to make education a sideline and leftard indoctrination a priority. But the kids know all about proper pronouns, tampons are now in the boys' bathroom and whites are the black plague on colored people.

We should have a constitutional amendment to force hard zero based budgeting every 5 years. Every budget proposal from the departments made public with details.

Trump’s tax cut increased revenues as is often the case. Kamala's plans would decrease revenues bigly while raising taxes

You need to freeze spend, not just spending levels before zero basing.
 
Let's look at zero basing the Department of Energy. The goal should be cheap, reliable, clean energy largely produced in the US and not China. What we have is US energy policy that accomplishes none of these goals but produces expensive, non-reliable, dirty energy much of which comes from direct Chicom manufactory and if not the metals and minerals to produce solar and wind energy and electric batteries comes from the Chicoms. The Department has 16,000 direct employees and many more times that in grant employees or consultants that are actively working to cripple the US economy. Think of all the good an employee like mello accomplishes.
 
I know all too well the government mentality of we have to spend or we lose it and they give us less next time
Great way to do that is a refresh of the building
