The issue was defamation, not literary criticism.
If writing crap was punishable at law, a lot of you girls would be in prison.

I'm not defending Jones either. My question about the National Enquirer was an honest question because I've seen some of the things they've presented as fact to later be deboonked...Alex Jones has been portrayed on the same level as tabloids but he's been proven to be right after the fact on many things now we have political persecution running roughshod and they are working very hard just to silence jones and destroy him.. I honestly want to know because I haven't seen nor heard anything from the Jones trial.

So because one gets away with it means they all should? Sorry Jones actions that were 100% profit motivated hurt the families... he reaps what he sows. Is the Verdict a bit much? Sure... but it also teaches people to be careful defaming families of a tragedy. As you better have your facts straight.
