First of all, Sandy Hook is in Connecticut and the judgment against Jones is in a Texas district court controlled by a Democrat judge and DA.
What damages did the “defamed” plaintiffs suffer that amounts to over $1 billion?
It’s a ridiculous and vindictive judgement and people like you are why they are allowed to stand. Jones has to liquidate his life because he has an opinion and the Rats found a friendly court to severely punish him as an example to the rest of us.

Jury is now seeing another Infowars airing of the video of Robbie Parker’s news conference, with Jones sidekick Rob Dew telling Infowars’ audience that Robbie Parker was “getting into character.” This was two years after the shooting.

The shooting had barely happened when Jones began pushing the falsehood that it was a hoax. Victims’ families who sued Jones said they were subjected to years of torment, threats and abuse by people who believed the lies told on his show. One father said conspiracy theorists urinated on his 7-year-old son’s grave and threatened to dig up the coffin.
