How the FUCK does anyone associated with Mariner's management still have a job?

I don't buy the argument some people propose that the Mariners are more profitable by not giving a shit, than they are by giving a shit.

The Mariners franchise would be valued much higher if they did actually win.

That's possible, but the Marinerization strategy has been a proven financial winner over the past decade.

why settle for being the cubs when you could strive to be the yankees?

my hope is, now that the mariner's worthless organization shares the same 2 block parcel as a world championship organization, people in this town will start to put more pressure on the lemon party duo of Lincoln and Zdurenenazizxzic to GTFO.

if the combo of the seattle times debacle and this seasons debacle don't cause heads to roll, an asteroid needs to strike safeco field.

The fans to their credit are putting pressure on them by not going to games. The problem is baseball like the NBA is a money making business right now. With the TV contracts and considering the Mariners TV contract reaches all of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, parts of Montana, parts of Canada and Alaska they make a shitload just off that alone.

They don't even need fans to show up and still make an enormous profit. It really is a fucked situation and we are helpless to do anything.

Kind of OT, But now I'm seeing the "I'M A TRUE BLUE MARINER FAN NO MATTER WHAT, WIN OR LOSE" type poasts on Moroner (lol) social media. I don't seek them out....they just show up. It would be a good time for an epic Green River flood to drown some of these South KingCo Marinoog types.

Caught about 3-4 min of Jerry Brewer yesterday and he was agreeing with a caller that Jack Z should be fired with rumors circulating it could happen any day.

I'll bet sven's $20 he'll never agree with a caller that McLendon should be fired.
 
Why would we fire Mclendon? We as a city took a big step in the fight against racism by hiring a black coach for a professional sport. The victory in the hire is much greater than any World Series could bring.

Black college coaches have worked out stellar in this city, as well. Lots of young men walking around filled with comportment thanks to them.
 
They are playing great D, and Smoak has matured into a very good player.

Jack Z stripped his program down to bare wood and is rebuilding. And the job appears to be ahead of schedule.

I tried telling you guys that this team was ahead of schedule. Only RoadDawg the only other positive M's fan on here knew the magic of this season.

I WON'T LET NEGA MARINERS LIKE TEQUILLA ON THE BANDWAGON!
 
Our squad looks great this year. I think we will win a lot of games and maybe make the playoffs. Say 85, 90 wins.
 
5 Reasons why the M's will make the playoffs
1. Robinson Cano is the best player on the field and will do whatever it takes to win the game.
2. The starting rotation. They average 332lbs up front. These boys have an attitude and are ready to rumble.
3. Speed, speed, speed. Almonte, Jones, Smoak, Ossai, Paxton. These newbies bring speed that the M's haven't had in years.
4. Coaching. Everyone is talking about the difference between Wedge and McClendon.
5. Time of possession. If the M's pitchers can hold on to the ball longer between pitches, they can dominate time of possession and lengthen the game.

I think they'll go 17-1 over their next 18 rather easily to get to 34-17.
