If you were a betting man, would you push your chips in on new spending data being positive? Reasonable human beings can get to a place where they acknowledge that the federal government has been stealing money from the US Tax Payers for decades, and the fact that opponents of this auditory process are responding by fire-bombing cars is pretty telling.
The bottom line is that Trump was elected to do the following:
- Fix the border
- Weed out fraud and abuse in the federal govt
- Keep us out of foreign conflicts
- End the transgender social contagion in public schools
- Stem inflation and pursue aggressive trade policy
What did you guys expect? He’s delivering for his voters. The man is not without his flaws(obviously) but he’s not the evil boogie man that Rachel Maddow promises and he survived two assassination attempts to get that office.
He’s gonna do everything he can to ring the bell, otherwise what was the fucking point? For Joe and his handlers it was all a power play and a grift. This is objectively different.

4 - Promotion of the transgender agenda in public schools is accepable (and why)
5 - Ongoing inflation is acceptable and the US should accept other nation's trade demands (and why).

- Strong border is fine. Entire green card/citizenship process needs to be better funded and streamlined. Mass deportation/imprisonment without due process is not fine and leads to errors, ripping families apart and lawsuits.

Gender identity is a hot topic across social media primarily just like being gay became a hot topic in the news across last century, so school children are aware of it and ask questions. Times have changed. MAGA uses it more as an agenda than the gays do. They use gays and drag queens as a dog whistle to point the finger of blame as a distraction. I’m neither gay nor trans and no one in my family is, but they don’t affect my life either and never have. And they shouldn’t affect yours either. You just want to be angry at them because you were told to be. Personally I think all transitions should wait until 18. But keeping them out of the military is completely stupid. I actually do have a couple trans military friends who are decorated veterans and served or are serving honorably. Their body choices aren’t affecting anyone. As far as sports goes, it needs more research to see what, if any, competitive advantages there may be for trans women in women’s sports. Instead of knee jerk reactions. If it is a proven fact that on the whole they will have competitive advantages, then we can talk about it. IMO, there isn’t enough data on it. Only a bunch of mud slinging.
- inflation isn’t acceptable. But burdening the American consumer with tariff costs while pissing off all of our allies, while the cost of living is already through the roof and everyone is priced out of a home, is stupid. I don’t see either side addressing that one.
