I do find myself watching MTV more than I have in the last 30 years combined. Just having it on in the background. Metal Mayhem is where you will see some shitty bands and videos. I Want the 80s and 90s they usually play decent tunes.

If MTV rolled out their old shows like Remote Control reruns or The State or the Jenny McCarthy show, there might be something there for them for a bit.

Isn’t it owned by Viacom with CBS? I wonder why they don’t have a lot of that stuff streaming on Paramount

not sure who owns what now. But I recall people saying the downfall of MTV was that they stopped playing videos. Now that music television is somewhat dead, might as well dust off some of those tv shows and Spring Breaks editions.
