Maher episode this week is fire.

Marianne Williamson - Wood.

Liberals waking up to this bullshit. Calls the statism/government corruption what it is - fascism.

Imagine being ducking retarded enough to believe any of the DEI stuff has any impact of productivity.

What a grift.

What is their argument? That having more black and Mexican people and women randomly makes the product better or something? It's silly as hell.

I get the "we want people who work here to feel included and comfortable" part. But they long ago abandoned that for having perfect racial ratios or gender ratios or I don't even know what anymore.

Great, once we hit 13 percent black people at the company I'll ban hiring any more as to not be racist.

So no asians, an overrepresentation of black people. Got it.

Clark College required vaccination for all in person classes this semester. So with 40% of their student body being non-white and statistically less likely to be vaxxed, how is that fostering a more inclusive environment?

Also it's a big problem that more girls are going to college than dudes.

It's leading to a lot of cat ladies and will only get worse in the future.

Now dudes tend to do real majors with earning potential and that's vastly skewed towards guys.

Ironically I feel that requiring college degrees for low earning office jobs will be the death of the university system

There is just no way that's sustainable
