Not a lot of Sark guys were big contributors in 2016.
Petersen took UW about as far as it was going to go under the old rules. Petersen put together great teams but ran into 11-1 Bama, 10-2 Penn State with losses by 4 points, and 11-1 Ohio State.

Should he have gone at least 1-2 and not 0-3? Yes. Were those some of the hardest matchups he could have drawn? Yes. That Penn State game was winnable.
There was no 8-4 Purdue to smoke in the Rose Bowl.

They lost 2 games by 4 points total. I think each loss was by 2 points.

What games are you taking about? The Fiesta and Rose? Those were 7 and 5 point losses respectively.

The only season with anything close between 2016 & 2018 was 2018. Losses to Auburn by 5, Oregon by 3 and Cal by 2 (thanks Haener!)
 
He's talking about Pedo St @nachoman.
They were good that year with two close losses, is what he was saying. It's true too. They were pretty good, and UW really wasn't.
