There are good football coaches that don't win natties every other year. There are shit coaches that luck into it.

I'm reminded of my dad (he was a Cowboys fan) going off that "Jimmy Johnson is horse shit" after his first year with Dallas (1-15). I reminded him that Tom Landry went 0-11-1 his first year. You have to have culture, time to instill it, and you have to have dudes within the culture. LIFPO, for the love of Mike...

Just because we don't know most (if any) of these guys, other than wikipedia, doesn't mean they are shitty. Doesn't mean they are good either. That's why we play the games.

Sorry for the rant, but if this hire fails, it goes directly to what most, if not all of us have suspected, if not already believe...upper campus has what they want in the AD.

I'm going to go take a long walk off a short pier for some perspective...

I like this. Even if he sucked as an OC, getting a P5 OC as a TE coach means we're getting experience. No more guys getting moved from the secretary's desk to being a first time on-field coach

I have the UW Football roster opened on a tab my phone and despite announcing 3 hires (Grubb, Juice, Courtney), none of them have been added to the coaches roster.

Holy shit, the sale must’ve ended. I looked at the coaching staff roster and it’s been updated - it’s only been a week since announcements about Grubb, Morgan and Brown but holy shut they finally did something.
