I do feel like most of these coaches will be upgrades. Hopefully Adams and Huff will thrive in the new system. Even if some of these guys are from the MWC it would be hard to be a worse recruiter than Jon Don, Gregory, Harris, Brown, and KB.

You'd have to actively try to not recruit to be worse than Harris.
