Good chit so far. Of the mythbuster, what-you-think-you-know is wrong genre, which I enjoy.

@pawz recommended this book somewheres, maybe the late @creepycoug's shitty bored. Anyhow, really good, thanks.

I just got done reading this too. Thank you @pawz. I appreciated how Voss acknowledged (unlike most business books) that there *is* quite a bit of emotion involved in negotiating. I almost wish we could do this as a book club selection.

I bet you think I’m being unreasonable asking you to do another book club, especially when few people participated in the last one...

I tried using some of the techniques yesterday with a customer service agent but I botched it badly. Still, good practice and I know what I did wrong for next time.

But I so far have had a 100% success rate with the “Are you giving up on x?” email.

I know this is going to sound selfish on my part, but I really think @GrundleStiltzkin should organize it given his vast experience organizing book clubs.

Nice to meet you, my name is Grundle. I'd sure like to do that, it's a fair request, but I simply have used all my bandwidth.
