I would have also chosen '19 to present. It's not even depressing... just frustrating that dumbasses in charge are content with mediocrity at best.
I was three years old in 1959 and my first memories were of Rose Bowl wins and a national championship. Contrary to popular belief the 1960 team that beat Minnesota was acknowledged at the time in the press book as the Maxwell Trophy National champs
Then again after the 1963 season, another Rose Bowl.
I was left behind when the folks went to the Wisconsin Rose Bowl and spent my youth upset that we? weren't within 100 miles of getting back there.
It would be like if you were 5 years old in 1990. Three straight Rose Bowls and a natty.
93-98 was second. Ty was the cure. In 08 Saban went 12-0 in his second year while we did Owen. From then on I've just enjoyed Saturdays. I love the game, hate the players
They're all depressing, but 02 - 15 was during my college years at the beginning and subsequent years pre-kids/wife where I should've had a lot more fun going to games.

2009 was the most fun summer of my life. That the Dawgs sucked didn't matter. I still had shit ton of fun at Husky Stadium that fall.
Now I'm old and boring and married with children. I need this to not suck.

'02 to '15 really cruising here to an easy win.
I'm glad I didn't do college football message boreds back then. Probably added a few years to my life span.
