This kid reminds me a lot of Nick Bolton. Fuck, the 2019 team with Bolton manning the middle would have won 10 games for the fourth straight year. Poor LB play was the albatross around that defenses neck. Kyler Manu and Beef Wellington were just not a good combo and Gregory trotted those two out for 8 or 9 games until Eddy O. pushed his way onto the field. Say what you want about Judds play calling, he's earned it, but they are really starting to stack talent around the program under this staff.

Bolton would make me tingle. Caple is giving him a Jacob Manu comp. Same idea. The stocky 5'11 - 6'0 Servite to UW connection made that one too obvious. If he's Bolton or Manu, we're happy Dawgs. Fish went against his longer LB penchant on this one because he's a baller, says Caple. I would hope so.
Barely played his junior year due to injury. Definite potential to get a 4th star his senior year.
