I'll never forget Lincoln standing on the sidelines as a true frosh bigger than anyone on the team
And he had to wait his turn. Didn't play as a freshman

Crystal dong in for this kid. Plays basketball and track. Has pretty amazing HS stats over his three years starting. Lots of tackles, lots of sacks, lots of pressures. Looks like MV had him on the edge at times. That’s a nice nod to his athleticism. WV, UCLA, Utah, ASU and KState were his best offers. Not a bad late pickup.
He’s dominating against really good competition. Getting this many offers late after committing to Northern Arizona is a good sign. We gotta get him.

Marcus Mariota and Andrew Luck redshirted.

I’m sure they were all impressed by the empty seats that welcomed them to the Greatest Setting!
Two of those guys are committed to teams that have a lot of empty seats on the regular. I see empty seats all over the country these days outside the SEC and a select handful of teams from other conferences. I don’t think it means as much as you think it does anymore.

It only matters for the TV audience ironically
It's why SEC games look better
If UW is full the drone shots are awesome. If a lot of empty seats they tighten the camera angle
It sounded like a full house

Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Iowa, always packed

Yes, add in BYU and Utah. Texas tech bought a team and that team is so good it fills up their stands every week with fans. That might be about it.

The negativity … just way too over the top
They're doing a good job of recruiting and getting some flip candidates like this is solid. Easily the best the program has recruited since 2019.
I know there was an Ivy League local OL I think last year they considered bringing in as a grad transfer but ultimately passed I think. I think the jump from Ivy to power football is tough.
