The Fisching Report Recruiting Thread Sponsored by The Fisch Bowl

Will be interesting to see if Judd can do better with out of state players if programs like the ones who offered Duncan come on. If it's always just an automatic flip we will have trouble consistently playing at a higher level. I assume if we can get back to where we were record wise under Petersen or DeBoer it probably helps with that.

UW winning tomorrow or at the least putting on a good show would go a long way to convincing kids you can do all the same things at UW that you can do at a blue blood. When the coaching is right they can approach blue blood status.

I'll see you there Nacho! I'm already in the lot, a bit empty but I'm sure it will fill out soon!

I might be in the wrong lot. I don’t see anyone. I’m the guy in the purple MooMoo.

Me thinks at the very least keeping this game close to the end and keeping the fire stoked on the environment could go a long ways with the recruits that are there. I feel like we've had that in the past with games like 2000 Miami and 2016 Stanford where we brought in a ton of recruits for our early season showcase game, the team showed up and we got a boost. Forever shoutout Foster Sarell for being on the sidelines of that Stanford game and still going to Stanford.

Oregon is very deep at RB and has a commit from TX they like better.
For 2026, UW will have Adam Mohammed (thunder), Jordan Washington (lightning), and then it's wide open so Sanoe will have a chance to compete with Bonner, McMahan, and Carr for the 3rd spot.

Sanoe looks absolutely gigantic in that photo. Seems like there hasn't been much of a battle over his services and feel like I heard he might end up playing defense especially since Bonner is committed.
I wouldn't read too much into high school stars is what I always hear.
