It’s not like Kafusi just came from the NFL and needs to get his reads down either. He’s been recruiting all these west coast/Texas high schools for years. He’s just awful.

The 1st O'Dea kid feels like it was probably OK to have missed on him … not ideal but not a deal breaker
This one feels like a giant miss
Given where UCLA is and has been about not taking football seriously in forever … losing a Seattle area kid to them is highly concerning
That said, Fisch is putting together a very solid class on the whole so I don't want to be too negative on the bigger picture
 
Hate to make this call but does Odom suck too? There are currently zero LBs in this class. Logolobigobilogi said thanks but no thanks, picked Stanford and Ramzac chose UCLA. Bala was a baller. Odom kinda seems like he might want to hike or go mountain biking with recruits. He was at USC, he doesn’t need to get his west coast reads down either.

the defensive line and linebackers only make up over half the defense. I think we're okay.

Didn't we take a fairly sizable LB class last year?
 
it’s ok guys, we have another cb visiting now. Hes a 3 star and has visited az, az st, ucla… we’ll just play a 6 db formation. It’ll be fine.
 
yeah, how the fu k do we lose anybody worth anything to UCLA? They haven’t done shit as far as any productive matrix is concerned. Does this mean we? are getting Givens? Probably not, but an idea..

Fush hired Kafusi so yes, it’s Judds fault. If he fixes the Kafusi problem like Pete fixed the Strausser and Pease problems then Fishy is a good recruiter again. Story still unfolding. LIPO

If they didn’t need any LB this year then why bring 3-4 in on visits to wine, dine and waste resources on? It just seems concerning. They all came in, met Odom and passed on UW. Is this a problem? Sample size is small but I’m not pleased with early returns.
