That’s one of the few redeeming qualities of the 12, soon to be 16 team playoff. If the money is competitive a program like UW can convince a kid that they have as good a shot competing for a title in Seattle as Athens. In the 4 team era the P12 champ was consistently left out of the fight. Hard to recruit against 6 straight years of not even having a seat at the table. Bama, Georgia, Clemson and TOSU were in the final four almost every year. Hard to tell a kid to stay out west when no one respected the few teams trying to put out a competitive product. It’s almost more like the bowl era in recruiting again. Come to UW, have a great shot at a Rose Bowl and if things break right possibly a national title. Substitute Rose Bowl for playoff and the pitch is very similar.Bump. Harris offered by GeorgiaDom Harris's recruiting blew up in April and May. He picked up a lot of quality offers. Hope he shuts his recruiting down after committing.
