I would say Fish recruited above Arizonas traditional level. If he can do that at UW they should settle into the 15-20 range annually. Here is my DOOG, glass half full take. He has a seven year contract. If he wanted to win big now, he would spend what money UW has on the 2-3 players to make his team viable for 9-10 wins immediately. The DOOG hope is that he is playing the long game and saving the finances for his 2025 recruiting class. He has said multiple times, the best teams are built through the draft, not free agency. If UW doesn't close a huge chunk of the upcoming visits then he's failing. I'll reserve my judgement on his recruiting until after June.

I know the offensive linemen lived in a pretty decent looking condo or house owned by a booster or maybe a walk on's dad and they did like a UW Cribs thing there. Who knows though they might have paid rent. Didn't someone say Penix got a cool place on Lake Washington free from a booster as a rental? The rare Caleb Williams or Bear Alexander could command a sweet place like that but I remember even seeing a JTT Cribs thing and he lived in an extremely generic apartment.
