Per Biggins,
Parham prepped at Long Beach Poly (Calif.) and was one of the state’s top defensive players. Unfortunately, his senior year was the Covid year and football in California football was shut down in the fall in favor of a five game Spring Season.
Aș a result, Parham was lightly recruited and wasn’t able to take any official visits. His original portal plan was to take a few more trips after his UW visit since he wasn’t able to go through the recruiting process in high school but he’s shutting down his recruitment down after his commitment.
