The difference with Ohio State's Spring Game

Chud wage garnishment. Indiana won't charge for theirs.

Ohio state has made previously somewhat storied programs seem pretty ordinary as time has moved on… the big 10 is lettered with programs that have been humbled by their presence. RIP IOWA, Nebraska, Penn State, Michigan mostly, and Wisconsin ~ the teams from the PAC are a potential lifeline to liven up the conference from the standpoint that the recruiting footprint difference is somewhat of a shield against OSU dominance. We will see how that plays out.

The difference has been the ability to throw the ball effectively ~ for years, OSU has crushed the BIG with their ability to throw, powered by good line play and above average defenses ~ at least the PAC teams are schooled in multi dimensional football, hopefully over time that ends the OSU dynasty. I actually think that it will.
