Except it wasn't. Here is a handy chart to remind doogs you encounter that sark did not inherit zero win talent.

All players down to Trufant were on the roster when Sark arrived.

Definitely not zero win talent...the cupboard was not bare by any means....but that is 10th out of 12 teams in the conference.

$C has 55 guys in the league over the same time period.

Because it keeps coming up on doogman and doogs still bring it up in conversation. Just giving some talking points to help people out.

Weve established this Dmone. The question is Petersen. How is his team more stocked? I know sark had better linebackers (which was a huge problem Saturday) and Chris Polk, Jake Locker and those receivers would have made mince meat of Hawaii. (And sark ran a pure pro-style offense then)

This team isn't more stocked now. More proof that Sark was't a great recruiter.

Did you read what I wrote futtbucker? I said this is something the doogs still bring up a lot, and it's just a handy quick reference guide to shut them up. I used it last week. The doog was left with "yeah, but still".
 
I posted on Dawgman that Sark was over rated as a recruiter due to what we saw Saturday night. Some Troons showed up and start quoting recruiting rankings. I mean who cares what is actually on the field, let's talk teen boy stalking ranks!

Yes, my dead dog can recruit to USC but so did Paul Hackett.

You need smart recruiting and player development at UW and Sark had neither.

Maybe Hatchie, he was a 4 star. The rest of the starting O-line 3, 2, 2, & 2 stars. Although Shelton does remind me of Stan Empterman, so he might be a first round pick!

Shelton is nothing like Empterman. Will Dissily OTOH, has the football IQ and intangibles that remind me a lot of #90.

This doesn't. Sark makes himself a bad coach.

And, the cupboard will always be barer (than at any other time) before Sark came to WA. "Bark for Sark" - damn I glad that is over.
 
Look at our our vulnerability at the QB position and then tell me what a great recruiter and developer Sark was.
