My only complaint with the Kirkland vodka is the bottles are so fucking tall. Doesn’t fit on the Throbbers preferred booze storage location at the lake.

Turns out @BleachedAnusDawg the USDA prime steaks are blade tenderized as well. I examined all the labels. Cooked mine to 130 and didn’t get the shits. I’m not gonna worry about.

Man I swear I stared hard at a couple cuts of prime and they weren't blade tenderized. I'll check tomorrow when I'm back picking up a brisket for the apple cup.

Went back this evening for an American wagyu brisket. After trimming it's about 14 lbs. Neighbor's fancy auto pellet smoker wasn't working correctly so it's being cooked caveman style in the Weber using the snake method.
