DOJ has been trying but it turns out you can’t indict a ham sandwich. Trying to prosecute people who haven’t committed crimes is difficult.
 
The prosecutors that have refused to prosecute have either quit or been fired and replaced with Trump flunkies. Then juries see the “evidence” and tell the prosecutor to fuck off.

Wonder why, especially in heavy Dem areas where you and yours don’t care if your political leaders break laws. You Leftists are training activists to lie to get empaneled and then disrupt proceedings/charges/verdicts.

This is fucking hilarious but not surprised you swallowed it. Guess what individuals can do to increase their chances of being selected for a grand jury… Be a US citizen, be 18 yrs old, live in the district, understand English, respond promptly, appear when called.

All grand juries have between 16-23 people selected randomly from a pool. You need 12 jurors to vote yes to indict. I know you’re not a smart person but can you at least see how ridiculous it is and how many people would need to be involved in this scheme for it to work?

It takes one person to affect a real jury, and my point in posting the FreedomTrainers information is to illustrate how you Democrats are trying to disrupt the legal system for partisan purposes, regardless of the merits of any charges.

Prior to Bill Pulte running the FHFA, when was the last time the Director referred criminal cases to the DOJ? Answer? Never. Don’t you think that it’s a little bit suspect that the only people being referred are people Trump hates. The types of mortgages they tried to prosecute are owned by people in Trump’s cabinet, why are they not being prosecuted? Here on Earth 1 we call that political prosecution. Trump is corruptly using the levers of gov to punish his political enemies. That may go over well in Hungary or Russia but we tent it frown upon that here in the US.

Tell me more about Trump’s 34 felony convictions if you want to talk about one-of-a-kind prosecutions. Also, go ahead and tell me which of Trump’s cabinet members have the exact same mortgages as James, who actually has prosecuted people for “those same mortgages.”

I’ll agree Trump’s felonies are 100% political. Letitia James ran on prosecuting Trump as part of her campaign. There is no other answer other than she was going to find a way to punish Trump via the legal system in NY. Then you assholes illegally appointed a SP, Jack Smith, who had never been confirmed by the Senate as a federal attorney to go after Trump on some J6 bullshit that was completely made up by your dishonest, power-hungry leadership.

Just shut the fuck up about political prosecutions. You authoritarians crossed that line the entire Biden presidency and built up public mistrust in the legal system in doing so.
