It was Pence and the Sec of Defense that called up the national guard today. Which means Pence is now acting Prez, because VPs don't otherwise have the power.

"Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the U.S. Capitol. We have fully activated the D.C. National Guard to assist federal and local law enforcement as they work to peacefully address the situation. We are prepared to provide additional support as necessary and appropriate as requested by local authorities. Our people are sworn to defend the constitution and our democratic form of government and they will act accordingly[/b]."

No mention of President Trump AT ALL.

They've been keeping this under wraps until they have enough armed manpower in DC to get Trump's forces under control.

Also, Pence's twitter account now shows Biden as President Elect.

Nope. They report to Homeland Security, not the President.

Pence and the DoD is holding off on the 25th amendment news until after congress finishes certifying the electoral college votes -- which congress is doing right now.

Once that is done, Pence is no longer needed as VP, and will take over as President, for the next 14 days until Biden is sworn in.

I thought the rats told us that when Trump called in the NG to Portland to protect the federal buildings from being destroyed by antifa rats, that the move just made things worse?
