I'm guessing Russell told Mark Rodgers to quit being an idiot
I actually agree that he compromised. He would've made more money under the franchise tag, and eventually becoming a free agent. In a year's time he'll no longer be the highest paid QB, and by the time he's entering the final year of this deal he'll be making $35 million when he should be getting $50 million. The NFL gambling revenue is going to be insane and the players should be getting a cut of that money.
