Losing Otton would be like watching a chicken run out the barn door and you look in there and see he was the last one and it's completely empty.
At that point the problem is over, and then it becomes what is the solution.

We took a 21 class DB with NO offers a week b4 leap started, b/c as it is turning out that position group is approaching TE recruiting under Paopao where the top 10 te's went elsewhere and it was down to us and Air Force for #11 b4 Pete stepped in and said enough of this.
What Lake does after the Apple Cup w/ this staff is 1a) in importance to what happens on the field.
Is his plan really to use the transfer portal as a way to build a roster and fill whatever holes he has from recruiting.
If yes, got to give him credit for looking at big picture and getting experience using it as a form of free agency so he has practice w/ it when he goes to the NFL.

we have hit a new low....
Basically just got Connor Wedington-ed at the last minute for a PSA that apparently we wrapped up 3 weeks ago.
I can't think of anything to say to defend Jimmy and this staff...
