Enjoyed up until "flour tortilla." Abomination.

All based on personal preference ...

I'm not a huge fan of corn tortillas as they often taste very bland to me ... however, if I'm making tacos and am not going to use flour tortillas, I will always make my own crispy taco shells using corn tortillas.

Good recipe BTW. Next time I recommend ghost peppers in lieu of poblano and jalapeños.

I enjoy ques a dillas, just don't make them as much as I did when back in college (used to swing by the restaurant where I worked on my way home from school each night and make my own dilla to take home for dinner).

My favorite recipe for quesadillas is to take some pesto and layer the tortilla with it and then load up on some pepperjack cheese. Throw into the oven and bake for a bit and it turns into a great appetizer (you'll have a hard time keeping them on the table). If turning into more of a meal, I'd recommend adding some fire roasted red/orange/yellow peppers and some southwestern seasoned chicken.

A possible idea for "Tequilla's Alternate Reality" ...

During the course of the week, open forum for topic suggestions that people on the bored who are interested in TL, DR articles can make their suggestions. I'll select a handful of those items (plus any topic I might be interested in writing about) and a poll will be created to determine the topic for my alternate reality for the week. All topics are in play from name your sport to politics to music to food to pop culture to whatever. Some weeks the list of topic may be full of abundance and other weeks there may be something that specifically requires commentary (say an announcement of Seattle securing a NHL team) where there isn't much of a list.

The idea though being that the commentary each week is topical, based on a topic that individuals want to discuss, and is as much sports driven as it is tied to any other topic.
