You flat out can not play the QB position at a high level if you do not have the buy in of your teammates to believe in you no matter what.
For better or worse, the decisions that Miles made in the offseason will linger with him and I can definitely see it being hard for players to have buy in with him - particularly given the fact that he's not performing as it is.
