I only got through a little bit of that. It lost me when a Michigan bar full of Michigan fans has a bartender being requested to turn up the TV while Michigan is in the Rose Bowl.

Bundy did end up in Ann Arbor on New Years 1978, after escaping from Colorado and watched the Rosebowl from a Michigan bar.
A friend of mine, Stephen Michaud interviewed Bundy on death row in 1980 and wrote a book about him. There was also a Netflix series about the interviews made two years ago,
Anyway Bundy told Michaud he was the only Husky fan in the bar. He got fucked up and was cheering the Huskies on through the first half. By halftime he was so fucked up, he ended up in the bathroom puking and was kicked out. He said he was lucky he wasn't captured.
Then he stole a car, drove to Atlanta and caught a bus.........
He got off in Tallahassee....
