Glorifying or advocating for the murder of a political candidate isn't a crime in this country and it was clear the agents were agreeing that his post wasn't a crime. But free speech can bring you unwanted attention and Kauffman didn't even have to ask them why they were there—it was clear he knew. You gals who think the founders wanted no consequences for speech are pretty fucking ignorant.

The First Amendment protects you from prior restraint by government. Only an ignoramus would say it makes you immune to all contact by government. And contact is all that occurred. You TugCons are some real delicate flowers.
 
Then they should have identified themselves if they had a legitimate reason to be talking to that person... otherwise it's harrasment, which is against the law, Turbo.

Again, the FBI didn't do anything wrong asking for his cooperation. He didn't do anything illegal in refusing to give it.
