Team Dazzler's FBI

Film of the interview or it didn't happen.
This guy still believes the Pee-Pee dossier but not a perfectly normal neighbor hiring interview with me (wife wasn’t home) at my dining room table.
“Retarded” is the only word that come to mind.
So, you didn't film it. What a pussy.
So, you didn't film it. What a pussy.

Meltdown
Pee-Pee Dossier here is reeling. Lots of anger today from the Tugtards repping the Party of Joy.
Calm down, Christopher Steal.

Shenanigans?
That's a lot of malarkey.
And yet your first reaction was that they were FBI and he was a shit for not cooperating by asking them for ID. That's some malarkey alright but as you like to say, "Woosh".
I think he's a piece of shit for not talking to them and not turning off his camera too. He could have seen their ID.
Of course, this is all on the assumption that a nutjob like Kauffman didn't just stage the whole thing, like Ern suggested.
He is nuts and a piece of shit.
Kauffman Ousted in Free State Shakeup  - NH Journal
They had nothing and were there for pure intimidation. Didn’t want that on camera. Pretty simple.

Suck that FBI dick
Like I posted, imagine relying on the dazzler for legal advice when the government shows up at your client's door. Just waive your right to remain silent and your right to an attorney. That's what our match book attorney learned at law school. Allegedly.

So what was your point?
The FBI didn't do anything wrong asking for his cooperation. He didn't do anything illegal in refusing to give it.
But he's a cowardly, rebel without a cause, piece of shit. Which also isn't illegal.
The proper term is a knock and talk if it's a residence or a consensual encounter if it in public. But really both are consensual encounters.

@HHusky
Can you prove they were the FBI?
They could have ...but they didn't...
Now why would someone claim they were FBI agents and not be willing to show their badge when officially asked.
🤔
I can think of of couple reasons
Also, why didn't you respond to me yesterday?
I can think of a couple reasons
I don't know they were FBI. If they lied about it, then the comment that they were federal agent refusing to identify themselves as such is false. If they were telling the truth, then the comment that they refused to identify themselves as federal agents is false.
Kauffman doesn't question that they are with the FBI and certainly wants you to understand that they are.
If the video wasn't a scripted event, then Kauffman was offered the identification if he would stop filming. He wouldn't stop filming and the purported FBI agents decided not to proceed. Straightforward negotiation. A deal could not be reached. No harm done . . . to anyone . . . or to anyone's rights. A big fucking nothingburger.
You have the right to film ANY "public" official in public AND at your personal residence! If they refuse, it's on them and a huge red flag if they don't.
@Sledog True?

@HHusky I suggest you look up Jeff Gray and see how many times he has sued and won. You may learn something!
I never said anything on the subject. But yes you can, just as police film you. But do not interfere or try and distract, impede, interupt, butt in etc. an officer performing their duty during a call, subject stop, traffic stop etc. Jail is fun!

Then you are onboard with the FBI finding out the identity of these two poseurs since they are impersonating federal agents, right?
Today is why @HHusky rarely engages. An Asskicking up and down the board and spiking the ball on 25% inflation (and that’s generous considering the indicators not used to measure) during his team’s administration.
@CallMeBigErn, do please tell us why it’s OK for these federal agents, if they are really FBI, to not prove this by showing their credentials.
Neighbor kids years ago that went to Stanford law was being hired by the FBI. An agent came to my house, identified himself, and briefly interviewed me about what I knew of the kid. Seems like that should be protocol.
It's not hard to solve this riddle. Everything makes sense if you consider that its probably staged. They didn't want to impersonate officers, obviously, hence, no badge, no name, and boom, there's some nice MAGA footage to go viral with.
Hard to trust a guy who says murdering Kamala would make someone a hero. I give it a 60% chance that y'all have been played, maybe more.
Possible. I'm old enough to remember the Joey Salads videos.
I'm old enough to remember when people got what they asked for.

If the city manager actually ever said he hadn't heard these unsubstantiated rumors, then I guess you really got him.

@HHusky vanillaaids again grrr!
So in your eyes, anyone who asserts their "legal right" and doesn't automatically bow to someone who shows up at their home unannounced and refuses to provide credentials is a piece of shit?
Im glad you have clarified your position
I think the post being investigated shows him to be a piece of shit. You're free to disagree.
It was more important for him to be hero/victim to girls like yourself than to get identification.
He didn't have to stop filming, and they didn't have to proceed. Everyone made their choices.
But Gasbag posted this to make nonexistent claims of First Amendment infringement. Just stupid.
Keep dancing!
If they in fact were investigating something serious they would have provided credentials.
Or, they were there to intimidate in which they know they don't want to be caught on film violating the mans rights!
Whether the guy is a POS is irrelevant.
First amendment infringement is not stupid!
No First Amendment infringement whatsoever took place. That's the real takeaway.
So they shouldn't have been there. Admit it.

Nothing should ever be investigated is Bill's position.
Pretty retarded take, Bill.
What was his alleged crime, Mildred? Did he post a mean meme? Better lock me up, as well.
H is in deep with his secular cult. Look what happens when he tries to go outside of one-liners or copy/pastes. It’s an embarrassment for him and his Tug minions (of which, Spaz is actually much more intelligent based on post content).
Dumber than Spaz. What a legacy after two decades of this.

Glorifying or advocating for the murder of a political candidate isn't a crime in this country and it was clear the agents were agreeing that his post wasn't a crime. But free speech can bring you unwanted attention and Kauffman didn't even have to ask them why they were there—it was clear he knew. You gals who think the founders wanted no consequences for speech are pretty fucking ignorant.

It can bring unwanted attention, by employers etc. But not by the feds... that's the whole fucking point of free speech, Turbo… to protect you from the government.
