Ping is one of the few who at least assemble in the US. So probably at least 40% of their inventory cost has no tariffs. They are making a good product these days and people are willing to pay for it.If the 15% tariff was passed on to you, that $349 price would have gone up to $401.35.
On a personal level, I went to go upgrade my clubs this morning. wtf????? This thing was $349 a week ago.

If the Supreme Court doesn't consider the issue, it's the final decision. If the Supreme Court affirms, it's the final decision. It's "toothless" in exactly the same sense that every single decision by a lower court is "toothless". The recent elimination of Daddy's penalties in his civil fraud trial is similarly "toothless".

Yes of course the SCOTUS now has to hear it but the tariffs stand until the appellate decision wins by default. Gee I wonder why it wasn't halted now ?
The nationwide injunction scam has failed and now the judges are seeing when they overstep their authority they will get smacked down and look like buffoons.
I sure hope the actual rule of law makes it's way down to the two bit attorneys who decide to fling their excrement at the wall hoping it sticks.
We are one election away from bringing back commie law but I'm thinking this little take over has been exposed and trickle down is coming for all the little operatives and technocrats who rail and conspire against "Our democracy Republic."

Trumptards are a constant amazement to me as to the depths of stupidity possible. Yes, 1 million people dying from Covid is an emergency. It would be more if we didn't take emergency type measures.
