Canadians tariff us 200%+ for timber, we tariff them 200%.

I generally like Trump but don't agree with everything he does. This tariff stuff has been handled weirdly.
I'm sure the market will go back up again but IMO there was a better way to do this.
When it comes to drugs entering into the country, it's always going to be a losing battle until legalization.
People are going to do blow. Might as well tax it. It's no worse than alcohol.
Junkies are going to do fent or heroin. Might as well give them stuff that won't kill them in facilities where they aren't rotting in the streets

I'm pretty libertarian but can admit that decriminalizing drugs in places like Portland and Seattle failed spectacularly.
I'd agree about blow if it weren't for crack. Fent and heroine have the potential to destroy places. I've watched too much of that happen in real life.
Psychedelics should definitely be made legal and standardized with restrictions.
Again, fent deaths are at 4 year lows so the argument "nothing can be done" really doesn't pass.
